Fair Work Amendment 2024 Update. Consistent with the right to disconnect under the fair work act, the modern award term will take effect for most employers from 26 august 2024. The sex discrimination and fair work (respect at work) amendment act 2021 protects employees from sex discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace.
